These small beauties were made for a cake tasting at my friends job. Can you guess what her profession is?!

My first fondant cake.

This was my first EVER fondant cake!, i believe it turned out pretty good don't you?!
My best friends daughter wanted a cake she had seen on TV and i decided to surprise her.
That was the day i fell in love with all of it.

Spiderman Cake and Cupcakes



Very happy with the end results for my Spiderman cake and cupcakes.

 

I used spider rings as part of the decoration for the cupcakes, and it worked out great, the kids got an extra little keepsakes. 

 

Ruffle Cake with daisies

I had been waiting to make a ruffle cake ever since i first saw one and i finally did, i wasnt sure which color to make mine so i tried these two colors for a friends birthday and then decorated it with daisies.

Its easy to make and looks so cute, dont you think?

 

 

Hello Kitty Birthday

Hello Kitty inspired cake for a very special little someone in my life!

Sesame Street cake

This is another one of my creations, 2 tier cake 6 lbs Sesame Street I also made some cake pops and cupcakes to go along with the sesame street theme.

The cupcakes where make with regular vanilla cake and covered with coconut flakes that I dyed with food coloring.

 

This is a different version of a Sesame Street cake i did for a girl.

                                                  

Mario Bros. cake

This is my latest cake; I made it for my cousins birthday.

It is a two tier 3.5 lbs cake, covered in fondant. All the decoration on the cake is made using fondant except for the Mario, Luigi and Yoshi stuffed toys I got at toys r us.
